Ray founded March & Martin, Inc. January of 1976. March & Martin originally started as fiberglass and cellulose insulation contractors. However, in 1980's , Ray decided to take the business in a new direction and became an Icynene insulation contractor. Since that time, Ray has overseen the company steadily grow as a spray foam insulation contractor. March & Martin now runs 6 full-time spray foam insulation rigs.
